Slow Food at Palmaria Restaurant Portovenere

The dinner will be preceded by the presentation of Fabio Pracchia’s new bookI Sapori del Vino” (the flavors of wine). Fabio Pracchia is a writer, sommelier, Slow Food educator, and one of the main collaborators of the Slow Wine guide. His book proposes an alternative method to understanding and appreciating the new wines that are produced by modern wineries, something that is not always easy when using the old, traditional methods of wine tasting.

Don’t miss the Slow Food night in Portovenere

… especially if you love authentic gastronomy and quality wines, and if you agree with the efforts of the global-grassroots’ organization aimed at protecting local food cultures and traditions, and counteracting the rise of fast life.

If you are a member of Slow Food, you can be part of this special, tasty evening at the price of 40 euro. There are limited seats for the general public as well, at the price of 50 euro per person.
