The Modern and Contemporary Art Center of La Spezia (CAMeC) hosts an exhibition with sixty works by Jacques Toussaint. The French artist-designer has resided in Italy for more than fifty years. The exhibition documents the works that he produced when he lived in Lerici, between the sixties and the eighties.

The exhibition tells the relationship between Peter Paul Rubens, one of the greatest painters of the Baroque era, and the city of Genoa.

This video installation focuses on 52 images relating to FIAT trucks that were obsessively photographed on several occasions in the late 1930s. The exhibition aims at critically analyzing and deconstructing the role of Italy’s colonial ventures in East Africa, often erased from collective memory or nostalgically falsified.


Keith Haring

Where: Palazzo Blu (Pisa, Tuscany)
When: Until 17 April 2022

This exhibition brings a rich selection of over 170 works to Europe for the first time, coming from the personal collection of Kazuo Nakamura. They range from Haring’s early works to his latest, with many complete series such as Apocalypse (1988), Flowers (1990), as well as great works on canvas such as Untitled (1985).


The Painters of Light, from Caravaggio to Paolini
