Chef Francesco Parravicini is so passionate about life in the kitchen, that he is now available for cooking lessons in Portovenere.
Guests at the boutique Grand Hotel Portovenere can join a cookery course during which Chef Parravicini teaches them how to make fresh pasta and pesto sauce, how to filet and marinate fish, and how to make Italy’s famous Tiramisù dessert.
Following the cooking lesson, participants can enjoy their culinary creations at lunch at Palmaria Restaurant, which offers panoramic views of Portovenere… a true feast for the senses!
The foodie experience lasts approximately one hour and a half, and includes a coffee break and a guided tour of the kitchen of Palmaria Restaurant. Each participant receives a handout with recipes and a recap of the lesson.
