Italian Oyster Fest, the first Italian event dedicated to oysters, will be held in La Spezia on 10, 11 and 12 May 2024.
The event takes place along the beautiful promenade called Passeggiata Morin. It is free and open to everyone: experts, families, enthusiasts and curious visitors!
The Festival includes a program full of events from in-depth conferences to tastings of Italian oysters (and not only) paired with local wines and craft beers.
In addition to tastings and specific oyster opening and tasting courses, there will be cocktail competitions and educational workshops for children.

Oyster tour in Portovenere
A stop not to be missed for lovers of this delicacy is the “Oyster Tour” in Portovenere, an experience that Grand Hotel Portovenere offers exclusively to its guests.
It includes a boat tour around Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto islands, a stop at the local oyster farms, and oyster and white wine tasting on board.
